Donald Driver Retires

I guess it’s about that time. Another NFL legend calls it quits. All time receiver #80 for the Green Bay Packers, Donald Driver retires. He first announced his decision at Mike and Mike in the Morning followed by a interview on Sports Center yesterday.“I’m going to officially put the cleats on the shelf. I’m going to walk away from the game.” Driver seems ready for his retirement but not at all eager to give up his jersey. After fourteen years in the game and on the same field, this can’t be at all easy for him.

“All 14 years. Every day. That’s a special place to walk out of, and that’s something I’ll never forget.” I wish Donald Driver all the best.
